Hi, Michael here. As you can see from the dreadful work photo on the left, sadly I wasn't in good shape.

I was always tired, a true couch potato! I never had any get up and go. My weight was high (I was fat!) and my clothes were tight. Then in my 40s I decided enough was enough and fortunately I found Herbalife and have never looked back!
