I was struggling with my weight for many years. It was very frustrating. I would lose a couple of pounds and I’d always gain it back.

My education [including a Masters degree], practical experience and professional career for the last 30 years were in the healthcare field.

I have studied and known everything about diets. Apparently, it didn’t help me personally.
