I am a mother of two young children. Finding time to look after my body was hard. Before I knew it I notice I was breaking down. I had no energy, no motivation, no self esteem and found myself turning to takeaway for an easy meal option.
One day a good friend recommended I consulted in a wellness coach to give me some tips to help with my weight management and inner nutrition.
Not only have I lost nearly seven kilos, I feel excellent. Im no longer tired all the time, I have more patience with my children and I am never looking back.
