On 12.8.2001 I  STARTED with the Herbalife Programm.
During the first 6 Months, I LOST 25kg!!!

After maintaining this weight for ONE Year,I LOST another 5 kg with Thermo Complete within only 1 Month.

Thereafter I fine tuned with ShapeWorks & PPP (Formula 3) and LOST another 5kg.

At the beginning I wore  Size 62,  I now wear  54/56 depending on the style and cut. Simply FANTASTIC.

Beginning 186cm / 120kg / Size 62
Constantly tired, sweating and fatiqued.

Now: 186cm / 87kg / Size 56

Dieses Gewicht habe ich für ein Jahr gehalten,danach, habe ich witere 5 kg mit Thermo Komplette innerhalb von nur 1 Monat Fett verbrant und verloren.

Innerhalb der nächsten paar Wochen, habe ich mit ShapeWorks & PPP (Formel 3) nochmals 5kg Gewicht reduziert.
