Guilty Free Snack
Strawberries covered in Low Fat Yoghurt with formula 1 shake mix
Ingredients:
Tub of Low fat Yoghurt (can be Greek yogurt) Formula 1 shake mix
strawberries
Directions:
Add a tub of low fat yogurt to a bowl and add 2 table spoons of formula 1 shake mix (can be any flavour) mix well and dip the strawberries in, and place on to a tray, and put in to the freezer until set.
